Why do I need to submit my invoice?
Jamaica Customs uses your invoice to confirm what you paid. Submitting it early avoids delays and gets you an Expresspoint tracking number straight away.
How long does shipping take?
Air freight usually takes [X–X] business days from our US warehouse. Sea freight takes about [X–X] weeks.
How are my charges calculated?
Charges are based on your package’s weight (or size, if it’s big and light), the shipping method and handling, plus any customs charges. Use the shipping calculator for an estimate.
Will I pay customs charges?
If your invoice value is more than US$100, you’ll be charged applicable customs fees and/or 30% of your invoice value.
How do I get my package?
Once your package is available for pickup, contact us to schedule delivery. Delivery is free within Fairview and Downtown Montego Bay.
What is my US shipping address?
When you open your account, you’ll get a mailbox number. Ship your online orders to: your name, 4700 N Hiatus Road Ste 144B, your mailbox number on address line 2, Sunrise, Florida 33351. You’ll find it with copy buttons in your account.
What do I need to sign up?
Your contact details, home address, TRN and a copy of a valid ID (driver’s licence, passport or national ID).
